Hi Volkan;

In Photoshop CS3, I have corrected the horizon by ensuring the far left edge of the building on the left is level with the far right edge in the reflection. This ensures a level horizon. I then cropped out the edges where the rotation was visible, added sharpening and a border. Hope you find this of use.

There's no doubt the fighter in red was knocked out. I'm amazed he was able to get back on his feet so quickly- but you can see here that he clearly was not ready to carry on. The ref called the match seconds later.

In Photoshop CS3, I adjusted the tonal range to make the blacks 'black' vs. grey using 'levels'. Secondly I applied sharpening to the foreground woman. I then cropped out the original frame and added my own as the frame will remain sharper if applied AFTER resizing (vs. before). I then adjust the resolution to 72 DPI (all you need for web). I hope this helps...

Hi Craig, in Adobe Lightroom I adjusted the white balance to remove some of the strong yellow hue.
I also added a touch of sharpening.

In photoshop CS3, I selected just the image (not the frame) and boosted the highlights in levels by moving the far right slider to the left.

Hi Peter. Sorry it's taken me so long to post this workshop, I've been tied up. In Photoshop CS3, I used levels to boost the highlights by moving the right hand slider to the left.

In Photoshop, I used 'levels' to increase the brightness in the highlights. I used Neat Image to remove excess digital noise, and sharpened slightly.

I hope you like the final result.

Sorry for the delays on this. I may have been a bit harsh in my original critique as I'm looking at the original file. The sharpness on the buildings is quite soft and it really is a fine line between sharp and overkill. In photoshop CS3 I used Neat Image to clear up any noise in the sky, then adjusted levels to brighten the highlights and make them snowy hills real white. I then resized the image to 760 wide and used Nik Software Sharpener Pro 3.0 (filter I purchased) to sharpen the image 30-35%. Lastly I added a 2 pixel pinstripe followed by the rest in white to make it 800. Lastly FILE> Save for Web and move the slider till the file size is below 300.
I think the overall key is to try and get the image as sharp as you can in-camera. I know you had the camera tripod mounted, but maybe the 1/50th shutter speed was just a tad too slow?
