Sharpened and cropped a little.

Curves adjustments, reduced noise, sharpened some areas and used a 55mm filter temperature, for warmer tones. Dodged face a little. Hope you like it!

Cloned out branches at left.
Adjusted levels, curves and tones with selective colors.
Run selected areas with NI filter.
Dodged some areas.

Noise due to oversaturation was a big trouble, not the composition.
Neat Image filter wouldn't work well. So first I´ve desaturatured it a little.
Applied:
-Digital film tools 55mm polarizer.
-Digital film tools 55 ND grad for darkening upper side.
- VirtualPhotographer filter settings "mountain" :slide#1, warm filter yellow.
Run NI only over water surface.
Blurried waterfall a little.
I´ve used these filters in this waterfall pp.

First, rotated 1,32° to correct the tilt.
Cloned out some disturbing points on foreground.
Cropped to a better thirds rule.
Applied a render lighting omni effect and Digital film tools: 55mm enhancing.
Dodged some areas.
Framed for fun.

Turned to rgb mode, adjusted blacks neutrals and whites. After that, I've filtered with 55mm color bleach bypass (digital tools plugins for PS).Hope you like it!

I've isolated the statue in a separate layer.
Added a gradient map bw layer for toning.
On bg layer added a lens blur filter and a little noise. Adjusted brightness and contrast, retouching wth dodge and burn tools.
I've preserved the frame and signature untouched.
