Cropped out the foreground but working with the small file I've lost detail. Did one level adjustment. Just wanted to bring this amazing sunset into frame. I think the horizon needs adjusting but didn't worry about that.

Hello Brad,
the major thing I did here is cropping to concentrate more on the swan.
After that I selected the swan and adjusted contrasts and light. Then in the next step I selected the neck of the swan and adjusted once more contrasts and lightning as it was too dark.
Now I think one can make out more details of the feathering.
I sharpened the whole image and added some borders, selecting two colours of the image.
