Alors voilà, rotation clockwise de 2,61 degrés pour mettre la ligne d'horizon à niveau, et recadrage en éliminant les bouts de clôture dans le bas de l'image.... Le paysage ressort plus à sa juste valeur, je crois.

Hello Catherine. As i why saying in my note about the small branches in the middle, i posted this workshop to see what difference it would make. I cropped a little bit both on top and bottom, then removed the small branches in the bottom middle, darken the sky a little bit and added a frame. Hope you like it. Regards, Robert.

Alors voilà... J'ai masqué les deux principaux personnages, et ensuite appliqué un filtre gaussian blur sur l'arrière plan. USM sur le visage du danseur, pour qu'il se démarque un peu plus du filtre gaussien. Léger retouchage de constraste sur la passante de gauche. Finalement, cropping pour éliminer la passante de droite. Je crois que les personnages ressortent plus. J'espère que ça te plaira!

I tried to switch the mood from «silent night» to «solitude»! I triggered a bit with the saturation to alter the colors, then focus the cropping on the boat. Your shot was already good, i didnt try to improve it, just to give a different feeling.

J'ai seulement recadré pour éliminer les roches, et passé un filtre USM réglé à 30,60,0 pour éliminer le fog atmosphérique dans la partie montagnes. Un masque 80% a été appliqué pour le reste de l'image (filtre USM).

Je suis d'accord avec les majorité des intervenants, le cadre n'était pas approprié, c'était d'ailleurs l'une de mes premières tentatives.... J'ai donc «amaigri» le cadre pour laisser respirer l'image un peu plus. Merci de vos suggestions et bons commentaires!

First, straighten the horizon level, then small cropping at the botton and right. Localized levels were applied in the sky and the beach, using adjustements layers and masking. Finally, a small black border around to frame everything... Trick: to straighten a horizon level, use the measure tool in Photoshop, draw a line with it on the horizon line, then go to Image, Rotate Canevas, Arbitrary, and you will have the perfect correction angle already set.
