I think changing the levels slightly and a little increase in contrast makes your picture more rich. Hope you like it.

Apart from a slight tweek on the levels and a little sharpening I haven't touched anything else. I've just tried to bring out a little more detail especially in the reflections of the red tree. As always with WS's they are very personal but i hope you like it?

J'ai simplement augmenté la photo à 800 pixels et ajouté un peu de netteté mais la photo était déjà parfaite.

I applied following...
Framed the image with a shadow effect.
Adjusted colors to takeaway the white layer.

I added an unsharp mask of 15% - 50 pixel radius;
Decreased brightness -5
Increased contrast +25
Increased saturation +6
Got rid of the bottom
Used noise reduction on the black shadows between the ladies
And last I added a white frame so that the eye gets a bit of a rest looking at the explosion of colours! :-)

I increased contrast and brightness. I thought it would bring out the flowers in the bottom left foreground. I hope you like it! regards, Irmgard

As mentioned in my critique, I think the interesting part of your photo is all in the bottom 25% of the image. Therefore I thought I'd try and create a panoramic shot focussing purely on the moving crowd of people. If you posted this as an original version you could even post a large, panoramic version with these dimensions to make it even more dramatic.

Also, those signposts that annoyed you so much in your original posting actually become a sort of focal point and a reference to the fact that this is a street scene as, being quite blurred, there is not much more to focus on and the whole becomes rather abstract without them.

Since the file size dropped rather dramatically with the cropping I took the liberty of resizing the image to 800 pixels wide despite the reduction in quality this would produce and also brightened up the image a bit with brightness/contrast.

That's it. What do you think? Something to think about on your next street scene. Or do another post of this one, I won't tell anyone! ;)
