Used PSE 2.0
Selected lady by Lasso Tool, inversed selection was done to apply gaussion blur.
Applied effective lightness and contrast and added border.Wated to have lady in focus.

Hi Ramesh,
Leveled image using free transform.removed bottom and cropped little and added border.As you approach your image it tends to dark as it apporached last piller.Used cureve and levled to bring light into the picture.i Hope you will like it.

Removed and cropped from Top and bottom.Added white border.Added Hue/ saturation to color of the pillers.Added contrast to images and reduce lightness in the image.Hope you will like it.Thanks,
