| Intro: | I was drawn to TrekEarth because it's a Web site where you can learn about the world and about photography in equal measure. Unlike other virtual tourism sites, this is a place where you can see some really good photos. At the same time, they are not all standard bearers, and so the place is not daunting to a non-professional. It's a happy place. I like the exchange of ideas on this site, and, again, the fact that here photography is both means and end. I'd like to thank everyone who has stopped by to give me feedback. It is all much appreciated. I myself have a Web site where the photography part is more means than end (at http://travelromania.tripod.com), and so in my section here I will try to post my better pics, where there is something nice about the photography to show as well. Thanks to TE, my interest in achieving more with photography has been revived in good measure. Raluca |
