Hi,
I used the dodge tool on the shadows to try to bring out some more details. I also adjusted the levels to give the photo more punch. Hope you like it!

Recropped. I think the original version has too much cement on the right side. I also sharpened and did a little dodging on the flowers.

Straightened with a 1 degree rotation. Used the burn tool to try to darken the overexposed areas. Played with the brightness/contrast a little.
