OK, I'm not much of a fan of frames myself, but if you want your name in the picture this is a less distracting way to do it.

Resized to create a 20px border of white around each side, name in a pale font bottom right. Image itself has been tweaked just a little (curves & levels).

Straightened the horizon, unsharp mask, resize and crop, and spot-healed and clone-stamped out the date. Levels and colours left unchanged.

A slightly different colour cast here, and a softer mood. A few people had commented that it was a shame there was no bird on the middle pole - I've fixed this through the miracle of photoshop...

A quick PS tweak to try to bring the subject out of the shadows a bit. I worry that I might have destroyed the nice sunset colours a bit...

Highlights down 30%, shadows up 20%, contrast left alone.

Beautiful photo but seemed to me to be stuck halfway between a silhouette and a regular B&W exposure. I wanted to see a little more detail in his face, so tweaked the levels a bit. Not necessarily better, just different - hope you like it!

This is a lovely image, but it loses a bit of definition particularly on the left side of the frame where it gets dark. The compromise in playing with the contrast and lighting is in losing the fabulous deep blue you've got in the sky. I'm not sure if my workshop is any better than your original, but here you go.
