2. Adjusted brightness and contrast.
3. Adjusted sharpness and shadow.
4. Increased light.
5. Cropped the top part of the lever and the toe of the man's right foot to make it look a bit real.

Adjust lighting: Increase levels.
Adjust color: Increase saturation slightly.
Filter: Increase shapness with unsharp mask.
