I made some changes

Put an red Passepartout/frame
Adjust for more contrast and less brightness

Add some lables and signatures

Cut the middle and aply only into the middle the changes to make an passepartout with the original photo

I simple add a passepartout, resize the image, add more contrast and use a existante colour from the picture to do the passepartout.

I Just add a bit of colour, a bit of contrast, an passepartout and pretty signatures...

In the Passepartout I like to use some colour available in the photo. For this Passepartout I use a colour from the Yellow ambrula, but I think it could be better if I use a Blue colour.
