| Intro: | Welcome to my gallery on TE. Its a pleasure to be a part of this wonderful site. The photos I share are mostly from British Columbia. If I there were a photo that I could take From the depths of the ocean or upon a lake to the highest mountain or deepest valley below There is no telling how far a photographer will go For an expression of beauty in captured light The most subtle of shades to the brightest bright These shades of light I have seen and known The wonder and awe of of tulip fields Impact for the senses the color yields One yellow bulb stands out in rows of purple These joys of light I have seen and known. The flight of a Whiskey Jack to land in your hand These brave creatures of flight we can only understand a small glimpse of nature's beautiful plan. Two horses rear up at the crack of dawn Playing in the sun and then the moments gone. These moments come as living art As blossums of Spring bring joy to the lonely heart. These moments I too have seen and known Fresh running streams from alpine heights Brings renewal of quenched thirst delight Large streams from drops of snow pure white I just got a mosquito bite. Up above a paraglider fills the sky Outspread colorful wings a feast for the eye As thermals swing them high above Something to see and never tire of These joys I too have known. Perhaps a journey to distant lands All for the senses and mind to understand. But right here and now I see what is at hand. Each living day you must do what you can. All around you as each day is begun A beauty is found till the setting sun These moments I too have known. All around me the beauty of life is grand. Life captures with camera in hand I must leave while the light angle is low With no telling me where I may go In these moments I live and grow For inside the photo is where you understand Life's capture's of nature's beautiful plan. | |
