cropped the bottom bushes (distracting) and the 'central' crossing point becomes more symmetrically in the middle of the photo ->more focus on geometrical perfection
adjusted curves to increase contrast and make snow whiter

since the sky is a bit blant, and the bit of the garden (the grass lawn in front of the palace) is not spectacular and is pretty ordinary, I converted the whole image into sepia, the colour matching the colour of the building. to add a vintage feel to it.

then i cropped the sky and the grass lawn to emphasise the palace. increased brightness. added a bit of a frame.

Mohammad, i felt like converting into a B&W. I felt like the colour does not add much here and could be spared...

I also increased contrast. I didn't change the crop a bit.

This is a notice board at the entrance to the Faisal Masjid - i think it adds much to the picture. Also see my comment for why this mosque is like no other...

i suggest focusing on facade, as there is not much happening at the back of the church... and i think my version doesn't look that old, what do you think?

the WS is the coloured photo but 10% "aged" in Paint Shop Pro. i wanted to take out the colours leaving only the amount necessary to create the atmosphere... unfortunately the "ageing" is considered "excessive processing" so the original photo is posted in pure B&W
