I am not an expert in using Photoshop. What I have learned is mainly from trying out different things and seeing the results, and following steps in books.
I think the sky is too burned out to save, but here's what I did:
Created a duplicate layer.
In 'blending options' select 'gradient overlay'.
I tried different settings until only the sky was covered with the gradient and it wasn't too grey.
I entered 'Quick mask' mode, selected the 'gradient' tool and drew a line from the bottom of the image to the top.
Then exit 'Quick mask' mode.
I inverted the selection to select the sky, and adjusted levels to see if I could get some detail back.
I then flattened the image, saved and uploaded it here.
There is probably a different tool that would be able to do more than this, but hope this helps you a little.
