converted to BW, then played around with contrasts and brightening or darkening sections of the photo. I´ve seen that the original file is rather small (at least when I downloaded it), so the optical quality of the WS is rather low. Nevertheless, I hope you like it!

I think it could be a lot better with your full resolution! :)
I know, the black are too "smeared". I think it is due to the combination of low light and low resolution. But like I said, this WS is only to give you the idea. Now, you can play! ;)

- straightened the horizon
- made a tighter crop
- turned to B&W
- added sharpness
- added different frame
