Intro: Hi, Salut, Ciao, Hallo, Hola...!

I'm Léonie,29 years of age, bi-cultural French/German living and working in Paris again after having spent 3 years in Ireland ...I studied Psychology and International Relations...which tells that I love foreign countries and cultures, discovering the world and understand how it works. I speak 5 languages and grew up in Germany, studied in Italy, France and Ireland. I have traveled a lot around Europe and have done a couple of very interesting trips to Asia and the US. I hope to stay in and visit many more countries in the future. I didn't have a digital camera yet during most of my travels...so looks like I'll have to go everywhere again to catch up on the digital photos for TE....:) It is also not difficult to guess that this site gives me itchy feet and increases my passion for travels... I love taking pictures far from being an expert though! If anybody wants to give me photoshop lessons in Paris...I am eager to learn!

December 2008 update:

I am counting 4 years of presence on TE now and this site has been crucial in my photographic adventure and has started my whole passion and interest in this hobby. My technical skills are not amazing especially not in Postprocessing partly because I don't own the right equipment, but I think I improved my composition skills a lot and am much more aware of what I take. I'm a little less active than I used to be due to work constraints and I am deploring the departure of a lot of interesting people from this site because of disputes with the admins. However I remain loyal to TE and will post from time to time and visit your pictures! Regards, Léonie
