I just used the auto colour option in photoshop to put the blue back into this scene.

First I adjusted the rotation to flatten the horizon. After I cropped away what was needed.
I thought this looked best with a little less sky.
I also increased the contrast and the saturation.
I just used Microsoft Picture Manager.

I thought it might look more dynamic like this.
I cropped away the distractions and tried to create a less centred look.
I also adjust the levels, curves and selective colours. Then I added the frame and signature.

I just brought up the whites and blacks. I also decreased the neutrals.

The crop is rather obvious. The saturation was increased as well as the contrast. I also decreased the brightness a bit.

Perhpas this works a little more?
It still has the post, but the horizon is straightened and some of the distractions have been cropped away.
