Curves to increase contrast
Some dodging and burning in certain areas.
Duplicate layer (set to Soft Light) on the immediate foreground to remove the 'patchy' lighting.
Unsharp mask of 56% at 0.6 pixels
Noise removal with Neat Image

I just use Image->Adjustment->Autocolor tool to remove overall green tint from photo and make scene warmer.
Then I use Smrtsharpen filter to eliminate a little blur.

Just added a bit of contrast reduced brightness a tad and increased sharpness a bit.
