| Intro: | I grew up in Milwaukee, Wisconsin where I studied photography @ The Layton School of Art. In 1966, I was assigned as a photographer in the U.S. Air Force, followed by employment with The Las Vegas News Bureau, The Lake Tahoe News Bureau, The University of Nevada Las Vegas and had my own commercial studio in Vegas for about 10 years. I left photography and went into Christian ministry for 11 years, sold cars for 5 and have been doing real estate for just over 5 years. I have two grown sons, 5 grandchildren and the same lovely wife since 1968. After not touching a camera for nearly 20 years, I shot a few frames up in Zion National Park with a point & shoot Olympus that I got for recording my real estate listings. I thought, "This is kind of fun...like it was when I was in high school and art school...taking pix for fun and not for a pay check." My wife "forced" me into getting a better camera and I have really enjoyed photography again. | |
