I don't know if this really worked ,but what I did was first made it brighter then changed the contrast slightly. Last I slightly changed the saturation.

First off I cropped the photo to take away the excess. Next I used Brightness and contrast and gave it a little bit more of both. Next I gave it more blue in the highlights and I believe some in the midtones. Lastly I changed the hues and gave it more saturation. I hope you like it.
