I wanted to bring out the colours more in this image so I applied USM, increased the saturation, and made some slight adjustments with the Histogram function.

Added a simple frame.

NeatImage for noise reduction with sharpening at 50-10-0 and a frame added with PSP. Slight contrast adjustment.

Mainly this looked like a good photo for me to learn more about layers in PSP with. I duplicated the image so there were two layers. One of the layers I increased the contrast and reduced the brightness. Then, on the lower layer I increased the brightness until the man was more visible. Finally, I used the eraser to erase the man from the top layer with the result that he stands out more. Hope you approve.
