the floor on the foreground is too much out of focus. we can try to sharpen it or simply crop. I chose the second. I wanted to preserve you square shape choice, so I had also to cut some part from he side. Before cropping I rotated the photo a couple degrees clockwise to ajust the horizon line (floor).
That's it.:)
P.s. I myself liked the dark blue color of the floor on the foreground:(, but it's quality suggested that we better lose it, but win with focus.

First of all, sorry, I didn't make a frame; frame does always good..
I cropped the image to concentrate attention on a frozen grass, not water, and make it less symmetric.
then used curves to increase contrast, and then very little USM (amount 33, radius 1, treshold 1)
I think, in Andrzej's workshop USM is too strong

Curves, Unsharp mask (due to a small original size, after sharpening the edges of the rock look "broken", but not much can be done here)
Framing by drawing a black line by perimeter and then changing canvas size, resizing back to 800px.

I cropped the image removing extra-sky (no clouds, no interesting details there) and some from right to make the plant less centered. The picture would be better if the shooting point were lower, so the plant would be higher in the sky, but not on the same level as buildings. Then I applied curves (just a small change to raise the contrast), and then unsharp mask.
I didn't make a frame on purpose, so it would be easier to compare original to my changed photo. Although, a proper framing always makes a picture look better.

I made vey simple quick changes, not even in Photoshop, but in ACDSee:
curves to make it more contrast, very little cut levels, sharpened, increased canvas size 30pix black.

this cropping (not the best) allows to hide all previous PP damage. I also slightly rotated CW.
