An alternative view of the scene. The added brightness may well have destroyed the atmosphere. The crop at the top was to try and bring the kite into a better position within the frame. Hope I haven't done too much damage!

With Photoshop,
• Adjusted the brightness with exposure
• Added some saturation
• Applied slight sharpening for web

Hi David.

I only adjusted the level (with curve) to make it a bit darker so the silhouette is more apparent. I then saturated the picture more to get enough colour of the wonderful sky. Hope you like it.

Just cropped tighter and added a little sharpness. Re-framed.

Magic Wand tool>select the white sky.
Edit>clean.
I put a new photo with a new sky behind.
Layer>flatten image.

Hi again David,
I guess the biggest thing is the cropping. I thought the garden outside the window was a little washed out and distracting. Also used layers to make colours a little more vibrant. Cheers, Paul.
