| Intro: | "Lights of the Alps" is a history of love: that of town and a mountain dweller. Carole had the passion of the photograph since childhood, Denis had the mountain in him since always. Each one learned how to discover the universe of the other and to like it... and what to feed here a made devouring passion of oxygen, altitude and kilometers of traversed paths. Weekends, holidays, all our spare time is devoted to this double passion. "Never on your premise" our friends say! A sunbeam? A snowflake? It is the occasion to leave the apparatuses, matched according to the season of the tent or the skis. We then let ourselves go to the childish excitation or happy admiration, happy of our discoveries and the permanent amazement which the mountain gets. Summits of legends, capricious animals, landscapes loans of softness or more aesthetic research, we like the mountain in all its forms provided that a soft light emphasizes it and that one sees it through an objective.
