I did the following:
* Cropped the street on the bottom and the door on the right.
* Increased the contrast by 25
* Changed the levels in favor of dark
* Added a frame.

* Enhanced colors with "selective color"

Hi Murat,
Sorry, I am writing in English so everybody can understand what I did. Obviously I cropped it and got rid of the lower part. That left me with 2 contrasting colors - green and yellow. Then I changed the levels just a bit to give some light into it. Then changed the color balance. Then added a blue sky which didn't satisfy me much but definitely better than the original (I think)
