Since a few years I developed my interrest in taking pictures. 2004 I was on vaccation in Canada. It really was a great trip. That´s the most important thing of a vaccation not the pictures, I thought. At home again I wanted to enjoy my pictures because they help you to remeber a great vaccation. But I was not satisfied at all by my pictures. So I decided to learn taking better picture. Then I found this site on the internet an uploaded some pictures. This was the start of my interrest in taking pitures and it became a hobby. I really learned a lot at TE and now my photos are much more better. But I still have to learn a lot. So please help me with your critiques. I learn also a lot by just watching the gallery on this site.

A few month ago I bought my firs DSLR, a Canon EOS 450 D. It makes much more fun now taking pictures. But I preferd to start with compact cameras, because first you have to learn compositions and so on. If not you are not satisfied and you lose the fun. But now I thought its time for a "good" camera.
