- I'm a high school history teacher living just outside Boston, MA. Photography has become an increasingly large hobby of mine, and TE has been a perfect place for me; the concept of learning about the world through photography, as is TE's mission, fits what I tend toward in my own work. I don't know that I have any specific style; only that I tend to take photos of the places and things around me whose history I want to uncover.
In the meantime, I've learned a tremendous amount about the art of photography from the far more talented photographers who contribute their work to this site. I love coming on here every day and seeing the amazing shots from far-flung places that others have posted. It all appeals to both my inner historian and inner traveler. TE is a wonderful global community, and I'm happy to be a part of it!
