Hello Ourania,

Good catch of the three soldiers in perfect formation. Excellent graphism with punchy light contrasts and good sharpness. The tourist weilding a cellphone camera is an additional bonus. Good color and saturation. Nice repetition of the bg pigeons. Tfs!

Well managed backlight that gives the fg flowers a translucent quality. Good sharpness and excellent use of a shallow dof with the crisp fg and soft focus bg. The diagonal wheeltracks add dynamism and the reddish tint contrasts well against the hazy blue trees top right. Tfs!

The row of blue tarp covered gondolas at right adds good perspective and repetition. Excellent colour, saturation and sharpness. The blue tarpaulins also contrast well against the red facades of the Venetian building. Bon Weekend!

The yellow and blue color contrast well to give a superb warm cold color contrast and the diffused light works well. I might have left the sharp edges a little softer. Nice motion blur of the hurrying man's foot. A good exposure on the bright white highlights. Bon weekend!

A good nocturnal shot from the children's fun fair with excellent sharpness and lots to look at. Superb use of diminishing linear perspective and vanishing point with all lines converging towards the back. I might have tried to burn in the slight oe top right using levels. Bon weekend!

You've wisely chosen the reverse 'w' pattern for the extreme wide angle view depicted here with the centre verticals perfectly perpendicular. Exactly what I would have done. Good sharpness and the reddish brown benches in the fg set up a superb warm cold colour contrast against the blue sky and grey concrete piazza. Bon weekend!

I really like the dual warm cold colour contrasts between the blue red and yellow in both the car and the bg building. Good sharpness and punchy light contrasts. The diagonal white lines and grey stripes on the road add both dynamism and linear perspective. Bon weekend!

That long boat in the rear was similar to the Lao boat trips from Luang Phrabang. The fg speedboats were the alternative to flying. I opted for the latter rather than an 8 hour trip down the Mekong cramped up in a noisy speedboat. Good sharpness and the people add scale and context. Well composed using the rule of thirds with the horizon well positioned on the 1/3 axis. Tfs!

A good upward pov on the blue garden house which contrasts so well against the fg oranbge marigold flowers. Good sharpness and excellent density and framing. The green painted section of the fence links the blue and orange colours nicely. A bit of oe top right. Tfs!

When I see the palms and church combination it reminds me to India and that atmosphere. Their warm clothes look so strange for this tropical climate. Or not?
