Wouldn't it be fun to be able to sit down and have the opportunity to play this Organ!! Imagine the sound it would make with all that stone in the church.
For some reason it looks somewhat Medieval, perhaps because of the colors.
love the top portion as well, glad you added in the ceiling with its forms and shapes too.

you know how much I love clouds, I'm always talking about them.
and looking at your photo, its easy to understand why right!
these clouds add wonderful forms and shapes, while also providing excellent depth and reflections long the bottom portions.
the frame is filled smartly. Fine photo all around

A photographer at work caught in his natural habitat! I like the shot. You've probably done just as well as he has! and what a stunning background, a vital element making this shot. Excellent timely shot, Congrats

Oh yes, I knew exactly what was going on here even before I read your note!
I try to avoid these people as well, as sometimes they can be very aggressive and almost beg you to take a photo with them for money. But I guess we all have to make a living right!
Smart idea to go to a place where they can't follow you! haha
excellent colors, excellent pov. My favorite person in this scene has to be the man in the white hat! Cool looking dude!

its so much fun comparing your summer shots to my winter shots.
Having now seen your photo from Flakstad, I think I will post mine in a couple of days :)
I just posted a new photo now, so i'll have to wait.
You show us a wonderful collection of photos here.
Hard to say which is my favorite, but this one is certainly deserving of the main post too.
love the position of the mountain in the bg as it sits over on the side of the frame, and the people gives it a fine balance.
Of course the blue sky and large clouds are the icing on the cake.
Lovely shot! really enjoy this one

Hi Bev,a different theme today in your gallery, not a natural scenery but this nice composition made by these modern architechtures. It's a bit funny to read your note about who spend its time jumping up and down on these staircase...ehhe..top quality as usual.Have a nice weekend and thanks,Luciano

I love these photos where the architecture stands out so strongly.
Talk about making a strong visual impact!
especially with those colors of lime green, clear blue sky, and orange/red brick.
powerful looking image, stands out well in your gallery. My kind of shot.

now thats a bridge! I know you posted it as well in your last photo, but this is a completely different view.
I can honestly say I've never seen a 24 arch bridge before haha
It certainly extends out for a long stretch doesn't it.
fun shot, well done with the stitching.

Great close up & colourful shot of this partly hidden gentleman by his glossy instrument showing his intensity of concentration who is clearly passionate about his music. The reflections on the shiny brass is the most attractive aspect here. Well done
macjake (60596) 2015-07-31 3:56
yes, i'm glad you were able to visit this event as well! Now we can all see it.
Easy to see why many people would want to visit this, love the colors, love the way the city lights look like honeycombs.
super sharp and clear in this dark lighting too.
Wish I was here!
macjake (60596) 2015-07-31 3:55
Oh yes, I can see how if somebody is a lover of geology they would really enjoy a place like this.
Folding rocks eh? Thats pretty cool how mother nature does that over time.
It almost looks like dark snow formations.
I like the contrasting landscapes in the bg too, its a sweet mixture. Well done with the lighting in the fg
macjake (60596) 2015-07-31 3:52
even with the Ocean blurred, it still looks pretty to me. Its just a matter of choice in my opinion, either way it would have been just as attractive.
But its the colors that stand out most anyways.
We all take this photo in Mexico :)
have a great weekend
