so THIS is the beast eh!?
what a subject to photograph this must be.
does it always have this certain glow to it? or is it illuminated by natural light? whats going on here, its very futuristic and yet modern.
what a subject!!!
love this wide angle shot as well as the close up you showed earlier.

i remember seeing this photo yesterday and i loved it, as i do now.
its so attractive to see the pale blue sky above, with the darkened road below.
and of course the cable car with the wires is an awesome subject in any country.
well done with the lighting

i know i say it everytime, but i love your shots from Iceland. I need to go back again soon.
its beautiful how the waterfall cascades down like a staircase, and the WS photo puts it all into perspective.
great post for TE

this is a wow type of scene for me!
as a lover of architecture, this one stands out so well on its own.
I would love to see some photos on the inside too.
you shot it well in the difficult lighting conditions.

its always fun to take a look at your photos from Italy because we visited almost at the exact same time :)
And i always say its so important to always look UP when photographing...most people forget to do that.
the greys and blues blend well together, its an attractive mix.

always a pleasure to view your gallery from India, its very inspiring.
I hear what you're saying about its hard to get ready in the morning with that cold - but you have to do it.
love the vastness you present to us, seems to go on for miles and miles, with nobody in sight.

see? I walk into model shoots on the street, you walk into sheep and livestock...its a perfect fit for me!
I hate to bring it up again, but while i was in Chicago last week I bumped into not one, but 2 model photo shoots on the streets!
yup...no word of a lie! and one was a sexy young blonde. I must have lucky leprechauns up my ass lol
now lets move onto your shot here, even though i'm still thinking about that blonde.
but you DO have the luck of bumping into these castles, we don't have that here in Canada.
this is awesome how you shot it as a silhouette, with the brooding skyline above. The sheep have no idea how lucky they are to have a wonderful view here each day.

this has been on my wish list to photograph for a long long time, still havn't gotten around to finding a tall ship locally.
nice to see the tall building on the right in the bg too.
love the city views here as a secondary subject

easily one of the funniest and most charming photos i've seen on TE, or anywhere for that matter.
looking at this surely is making me want a ice cream cone :)
this is one of those shots John, that there really isn't much to say, its time just to sit back and enjoy, take it all in.
wonderful photo, one of your best people shots

Beautiful capture, texture and depth through out this shot! very nice angle that drives all the elements of capturing this scene ensuring the imposing tower never let loose! It really gives a good sense of history as well as showing us those fine weathered details. Lovely colours and super composition, Well done, TFS

A cracking top drawer shot of this elegant crested bird, you've caught her in some brilliant light and I love the mouthwatering deep blue of the ripply water. What a wonderful nature sight and one rarely seen, you should be delighted to have nailed this one. Awesome top marks all round, Congrats.

An adorable child! A good quick grab with exposure about right, you've caught that look and those beautiful eye nicely. I think the colour emphasises the child's lovely skin tone and personally it's great candid given the expression and the surroundings. Great snap, TFS

This shows how the animals compete for space at the ghat, lots of activity, colour and leaving things as they are to give a true view on the local surroundings and life. That boy is doing something to catch the eye and the side people are pointing inwards and interesting buildings in the background to complete the compo. That lighting is favourable too for good keeping shadows to a minimum, well seen, well taken.

Days of old...
I love the shot Noel! the photo brings back memories of living on the farm! but i think it's not all fun for the country folks though when you have a farm with all the back breaking work bet he's exhausted to get the threshing done, regardless of the weather. With all that Nature around him I am sure it's a much more healthy way of living that us urban dwellers commuting in a stuffy dusty cityscape. Looks like hard work but I know where the milk and eggs come from, the yoghurt or the cheese, the fruit and veggies! All the plants and critters are right there too!! A good reportage at the festival, showing how hard life on the farm is... Super shot, Congrats

A very well observed, composed, exposed and captured image with immediate interest in the foreground, whilst at the same time you have maintained the interest through wise aperture selection. A finely processed and presented depicting the spirit of the season. Well done, TFS

Very beautiful place!
Very attractive picture!
Sharpness, exposure, colors, large vertical format, low chosen pov and composition are all very good photo qualities that I truly enjoyed!
TFS - congrats,
