Its quite a coincidence...on our last day of our Turkey trip, while we were with Deniz in the Eyüp Sultan Mosque area, we saw tens of boys with their parents going to this famous mosque for sünnet ceremony...We were in fact requested by a few mothers to take pictures of their lads (I sent the pictures dutifully to them by return mail).
Nice street shot, even though we are not facing the trio...wonder aloud whether they are going to this msoque with one minaret or to the Eyup Sultan?!
PS : Any thoughts on my last thread on Ladakh on your plans to visit there?

Very beautiful, attractive and pleasant-looking blue hour picture!
That urban environment is very nice too!
Sharpness, exposure, colors, horizontal format, chosen pov and composition with symmetrical reflections are all excellent!
TFS - congrats,

These picture has two wonderful positions.
First, the quiet foreground with the boats and the small piers.
Second, the misty background cares for a little bit mysticism with the mountains and the clouds.
Excellent composition, nice presentation too.
Very well done, TFS.
PS: see your reaction on my previous picture about Damme.

haha...we all know where we see this view from, and which TE member we see it from!
Classic view from Pisa, maybe the 'other' most famous scene from this small city.
you have yourself a beautiful blue sky, and the colors on the building fronts are the main highlights. the water reflection colors are pretty sweet too.
really like this one

Good capture with the wide lens. The building does not seem very old..against the clear cyan sky, the contarst of the brown stones is good...nicely framed with the date palm tree on the right...
Have a good week!

Hi Jason,a pic that is very reminiscent of what they do my brother and nephew in the summer when it rains, pity there is no follow-up, when my sister gets mad because then has to wash clothes and shoes ... ehhee .... a lot of fun in this capture from the your tour, original and well done despite the difficult light and fast movements.Have a nice day and thanks,Luciano

its not secret as i've said a hundred times before, i love clouds, and they can make or break a photo.
its so interesting how clouds form, and the various types of clouds there are too - how could anyone not enjoy clouds!!
fun view with this one.
nothing but storm clouds brewing.
thanks for this one

how did you get such an awesome shot?!
just goes to show that you DONT need to purchase a front row seat to a ballgame to get a wicked photo.
first of all, i really like the wide white border and small black trim..attractive set up.
and the green/brown combo is A+ too, striking colors for sure. again..awesome shot here.
I got you're email...thanks for understanding.
and yes, i'm whipped
but then again, aren't we all when we're in a relationship? lol
We'll have to meet up at some point, i'd love to go to a ballgame in Arizona, that'd be cool.
Oh, and i still think Jeter is over rated! haha...just razzing ya..you damn Yankee fan you!
but i'm glad to hear you were a Yankee fan back in the Mattingly days, when they sucked. It means you're a true fan, not a band-wagon fan.
The Nats are maybe one of the favorites to win it all this year, but I was a montreal expo fan way back when the team sucked. And i've emotionally endured all the years when the Expos LOST star players due to salary restrictions...So i understand where you're coming from.
the Yankees are on old team now though, and they keep signing old free agents...not sure if i approve of that philosophy. they need to get younger.
anyways...see you around

Hi Gert,on my monitor not seems dark, for me is perfect another time your work with the scanner. The pic is another very interesting capture from this old trip,i like to watch the imported bottles that remind a lot the old glass bottles of Fanta watching the design, very well done! Have a nice day and thanks,Luciano

its great to see these types of shots from Turkey.
as much as i enjoy the typical touristy shots of famous landmarks, these are just as fun to view and to take.
it was worth it to be up in the morning light, proof is in the pudding as they say :)
really like the reds and browns mixed with greens and blues. contemplative mood.
