there have been many new photos of Strasbourg on TE lately, and alot of them have shown the not-so-touristy side of the city...thats a good thing too.
Its opening up the city into newer views, just like this one.
I take it those towers were once used as defense positions with gunners or look-out posts.
interesting shot of the town, cheers

I know you're away for a week or so but i still wanted to comment on this one.
I guess women could say the same thing about men...what is it with our obsession about cars (not every guy though). I fit in that category - i love cars. If i won the lottery i'd need a 10 car garage just to fit the new cars i'm gonna buy :)
my theory about 'no photos please' actually translated into english means - 'please take as many photos as you like' lol
don't you love those old comic book styles, with the large red dots for the skin...thats so classic.
Fun shot here, perfect!
take it easy, don't work to hard.

Happy Easter :)
this is one of those scenes that could be photographed all over the world, but it certainly doesn't take away from the scene itself.
love how the water is so green in the reflections too.
excellent contrast with the brown tree trunks.
enjoy your day

for obvious reasons this photo jumped out at me on your gallery page, can you assume why? lol
its not too often we get to be splashed in the face with bright vivid orange colors!
the distortion effect of the stars reminds me of how the super wide angle does the same.
and oh my, Tosca would love to visit this place - she's a foodie :)
fun photo, i'll have to remember this place when we eventually travel here.

Nice capture from Launceston with good pov and layout.
The artworks in the foreground completes your compo perfectly.
Many interesting notes.
TFS and have a happy Eastern !

yes, Happy Easter to you aswell.
I forgot to post an Easter themed photo :(
now this is the type of subject that i really really enjoy. lots of history, lots of grunge and who can resist the classic cliff-edge type of view!
Imagine this place in its prime, must have been amazing to walk around here.
sweet shot, wouldn't change anything.

ah..some modern architecture!
nice to see this for a change in Rome :)
for obvious reasons, i like the concrete and glass reflection contrast, it works well.
it also adds a bit of spice to the scene.
the concrete jungle is taking over the classic style, haha.
excellent color contrasts.

happy easter is right!
I forgot to upload a photo with that theme...oops :)
your theme here is spot on, wouldn't change a thing.
excellent low stance pointing upwards to create that dramatic effect.
well done as you always do, perfect TE post

Hello Abmdsudi ,
Terraces fields have been abandonned in many parts of the world , with the modernism . But not yet in Asia . I'm not sure that it will be the same in 50 years ...
A fabulous view on this wonderful landscape .

Hello Craig ,
Despite of the difficult light conditions , you have superbly captured this wahing scene . I like the contrast of the couloured clothes with the dark wooden house , and with the hill in the sunlit . Th dog looks a little curious , may be the effetc of the wide angle .
As John say , it must be a place without any wind !
