Here are some simple tips that improve your photo.
-increased saturation and decreased hue so as to give a reddish sense to go along with your note of red painted walls.
-Rotated the photo slightly (0.85 degrees),but i dont remember direction.
-increased sharpness.
You could also add a border.
I didn't add myself one so as to better see the improvement i made.

First of all i had to change the boring sky and replace it whith one that has this hint of a sunset.
Then i patiently erased the guy in the right, the traffic sign and the big Merzedes that, just did not belong there!
I added some saturation, adjusted the colour so that everything looks older and much warmer!
I also added some shadows in the corners and in the middle to give this dreamy mood to the picture.
It now looks just like the images that come to my mind when i think of that place! I think that Praha is one of the most magical and mysterious cities of the world!...
