A fine photo of some bold rocks rising out of the water into the clear blue sky. Good timing to to get the view straight through the arch. The rocks not volcanic, despite the proximity of Vesuvius. They are limestone, as is all of Capri. Limestone often forms towers and arches because it is easily dissolved by acid groundwater.

The photo has great definition and a fantastic range of shapes and textures of foliage. But it looks like you have processed it too much (unless that is the effect you were after). I think you need to make the shadows darker, if you software that can do that, otherwise give it more contrast.

The low POV accentuates the cliff and the sky with its interesting clouds, and provides a good view of the arch.
The fossil in the WS is a bryozoan (a colonial marine animal), probably Fenestella.

An interesting and unusual subject for a photo. It's a good example of the Catholic church's strange obsession with gruesome and downright disgusting images and objects. Wouldn't it be better to bury the poor guy and just remember him by a portrait done when his body parts were all together?
A good photo considering the lighting conditions. The reflections and shadows partly obscure the face, but maybe that's a good thing.
