The Italians have learned the pleasure of sometimes doing nothing, and that time is a very relative concept. The ws illustrates this very well, although this may be a more interesting composition. It's a very nice combination of boat and hillside.
Right now I am in Bardejov, and before that in Levoca. Thanks for telling me about these beatiful places. The town square in Bardejov is one of the finest I've ever seen, and no cafe umbrellas to spoil the view! And the sun is shining! And I climbed the church tower!

This is a very cute and decorative photo, looking very Japanese to me ( of course it does). It is very nicely composed.
I don't have a lot of information on Ukraine since I only spent a few days as a tourist in Lviv, but I got a strong feeling that there is somebody in Moscow that most Ukrainians don't like. On the other hand they have nothing against people from the Perm region.

This is a delightful view from above. From this angle everything looks so neat and pretty. It makes me think of a toy bridge across an artificial river. The colours and reflections in the water are lovely.

It's a fabulous painting, but taking a photo without adding anything would have been like stealing somebody else's work. The woman in red makes this your own composition. She also matcher the colours of the painting well.
Greetings from Rzeszow. I just arrived from Lviv and will stay here tomorrow too. I think it's a nice place, but any place would seem dull in this kind of weather, and on a public holiday. Where is the sun? It was here last year!

What a marvellous kind of musician and you found him in such a perfect place, where his old time looks gets a fine background of present times. I think he knew well where he would the most photogenic. And you always seem to find a perfect light, or it becomes perfect in your camera.
Greetings from southeastern Poland, just in transit between Ukraine and Slovakia.

This certainly reminds me of other photos of yours, but as always there are some differences. You have probably not shown exactly these two boats before, but I am also particularly fond of the neatly arranged ropes and the yellow nets on the white boat.
As for travelling in Ukraine it's a very large country and the war mainly concerns a small area in the far east (as yet, unless Putin changes his mind). In the west it is as safe as anywhere and actually very nice. Anyway, tomorrow I go to Poland.

Another good photo with a very typical Indian flavour. Colourful people and a cow, à pleasant atmosphere.
Actually, Ukraine is a quite nice country in the peaceful parts. I'm in the far west, a very long way from the war. People are as nice as anywhere, but not many speak English, and I don't speak Ukrainian, so that is a problem.
Anyway, tomorrow I will go to Poland.

Did you have any more problems with the mods? This fine photo should not upset anyone. It is graphically beautiful, has very fine tones of B&W and a fine sense of rhythm. That girl will be very proud to find herself on TE.

I like this kind of bird's eye view very much (even better than fish eye's views). The red tables are very attractive from this angle and distance.
On Sunday I go to Rzeszow, stay there Monday and then through Zakopane to Slovakia. Travelling long distances in Ukraine is rather time-consuming and uncomfortable.

It is good for you and any other photographer that the red vespas are the most popular. This one certainly brightens the foreground, and the blue and white boat suites the middle ground very well. Almost anything would be bright and beautiful on a sunny day like that.

That's a nice way of showing the Taj Mahal, leaving it in the background just for a change. It seems that Indians are becoming mobile zombies, just like people everywhere else (except me). As for the man actually watching the mausoleum his socks and sandals definitely reveal him as a tourist.

It's quite a spectacular vehicle and maybe a surprising meeting in the wilderness. This truck with its colorful load gave you a fine photo opportunity. It's a nice composition too and the colours are superb.

This is a very original photo, very surprising to me. I am not used to seeing wild deers in shopping centre. I think it has happened in Stockholm, but it is quite a sensation and will be mentioned in the newspapers. In Nara people seem very used to it. Rather funny. It's an amusing shot and you were lucky not to be attacked. Funny WS.
(Leaving for Ukraine tomorrow)
