Photographer’s Note
Taken at Hocking Hills State Park in Southern Ohio. There is a series of cascades in this part of the canyon that are awesome to photograph (I love water in motion). There was a log near the bottom of the cascades, so I decided to use it as a foreground. This is probably the most popular area in the park. I arrived early in the morning, so it was empty. Access is easy, taking the shot meant standing mid-stream though.
Shutter speed of 3.2s at f/8.

Hello Ben,
The dark tones are a godo choice; nice contrast with the green at the far end.

A exposição fez com que a fotografia ficasse impressionante. As cores ficaram bem realçadas e o tronco deu magia à foto. Parabéns!

Hey Ben.
This is amazing!
I really think you have done so well here. You have a great composition here with this log. I also really like the green colours in the background. The water movement here is really great! This is also very sharp.
Very good Work!
Blair

Beautiful photograph Ben. The composition leads the eye through the frame perfectly and the log in the foreground provides a nice focal point. Nice colours and even exposure throughout the frame.
Great shot.

Waz

Hi Ben. Up early and standing midstream, that’s dedication! Judging by the result it’s been well worth the effort. You have handled the light beautifully to retain detail throughout the scene. Well composed and thanks for sharing.
Have a good weekend, Paul.
