Dharmma exam Photo

Photographer’s Note

in every years they will have Dharmma exam (Naktham test) for monks and novices in Buddhism, for checking how much they know about Dharmma of the Lord Buddha,
there are two kind of test
if we test for monks and novices we call "Naktham test"
if we test for layman and laywoman we call "Dharmma Sukka test"
there are three levels for the test, first level, second level, and third level.
i would like to explain more than this but my poor English need to improve

hi Chirasak

I think your gallery is the only one that I have seen to show exams for the monks and you have approached the subject with your camera in close range.

It is very rare for us to see this moment, as we always see monks walking around or praying in most other photos. But yours is different.

A very interesting note, Nong, and a good picture, showing an aspect of a very Thai culture. You don't tell us what lever you got yourself, but since you had the title 'Maha' I assume that you were way above these levels. regards Kevin
