Sandipani Muni's School boys and girls are performing Lord Krishna pastimes in Vrindavan
theather has a very ancient tradition in the vedic religion (sanatana dharma).. when the activities of the Lord are performed, the actors became, in the limited time of the piece, somewhat incarnations of the characthers they are impersonating
in this way, by this direct contact with transcendence, the devotion of the listeners is increased
in the west there was a similar custom, with the catholic medieval "misteri"

I love this picture. It's a break from the usual tight portraits from the Indian photographers on TE. very nice. beautiful tonal range.
