Photographer’s Note
The light was very good on this November afternoon. I was exploring the Dufferin Terrace and went on to follow the Promenade des Gouveneurs back up to the fort. There was a lot of construction at the Hotel Frontenac and it was good to escape it and admire the views of the river along the footpath. I liked the sun of the railing. "Footpath" is not a good term as it's a wooden platform with lots of stairs and railings on each side. It's about 90 meters above the river and does keep going a bit past the Citadel.
