When Mount Merapi refused to show up, shrouding itself in the think clouds, I sulked and turned my camera towards something else -- like this padi field situated south of it on the outskirts of Yogyakarta city.
It was mid morning and the sun shone brightly as the lone farmer in a distance, diligently working on the fertile volcanic plot of land.
