Photographer’s Note

For the first rain of the season, I was in my car on a car park situed a little bit over the port of "Saint Elme" at La Seyne- sur- Mer (south of France) I tryed to take a picture from inside my cabin through the windscreen and I am glad to see the result. There is no major post processing, only colors saturation, neatimage for the noise and framing the photo.
I hope you will like it.
We can distinguish boats, red buoys,the green light house and the breakwater.

Very nice Jean Louis,
i proved many times to shot through the windscreen, expecially with rain or in the night, but i have never obtained a so good result! Is like a cartoon or something painted with olastic. This encourage me to try again! Really good seen, Compliments!

Vraiment étonnant cet abstrait naturel... si vivant qu'on en oublie la motonie de la pluie... Etes-vous sur que vous n'avez pas plongé dans un lac plutôt que d'être sous la pluie ? il y a tellement d'eau ! et c'est quoi au juste ce rouge ? pas un piéton sur le capot de votre voiture j'espère ? Malgré mon esprit qui travaille pour voir au-delà de l'abstrait je trouve cette photo superbe, originale, lumineuse et novatrice.
A part le petit cadre vert qui fait plutôt pitié à côté de ce flambloiement de couleurs.

A very interesting effect. And very well executed. I can imagine it is difficult to have sufficient light for this. The sharpness is amazing. True, no PP filter could achieve this effect. The only thing that bothers me is the extremely white sky.

Très bonne idee de l'avoir prise de l habitacle de ta voiture ca donne un résultat étonnant et détonnant
les couleurs sont vives et ca contraste bien avec la mer et le ciel
bref j aime bcp cette photographie abstraite

Quand je pense au mal que se donnent les ingénieurs en optique...

La première image que j'ai vu de toi (ta dernière postée) m'a rendu curieux de voir ce que tu faisais, ta page de présentation aussi.
J'aime beaucoup pas mal de tes posts.
Celui-là par exemple.
La photo elle-même bien sûr mais ce que j'apprécie surtout c'est " l'oeil du photographe ".
