Photographer’s Note
The Eiffel Tower as viewed from across the Seine, illuminated in blue with yellow stars to celebrate French presidency of the EU.
It is an iconic image day or night, and every hour from 10pm it 'sparkles' for around 5 minutes.
I used shutter priority, setting the exposure to the darker tower knowing that the foreground lights could handle being over exposed slightly.
