Another picture from my island,Syros!
The picture was taken from a Triumph's mirror!
I am not sure for this post but..I like it!!

Very interesting shot: first plan (the sharpen trumpet with little blured view of the city) and second plan (very blured background). Amtospheric contrast between first plan and background. Nice colors

Hi Elena,

This is a clever image all around. The reflection is very sharp and the wide aperture has blurred the background nicely. The yellow section toward the back gives lowers the visual weight well. I also like your framing choice here.

Congratulations, an ingenious and creative capture. The true value of the shot is the way you have used the shallow depth to focus all attention of the reflection onto the mirror with an excellent choice of lens and background.

Hi Elena,

I'm not sure for any post...The less I'm sure...the more attention it gets... Funny, eh? :-))) If you are not sure, here is what you should do: post it! Cause seeing this one...it would be bloody shame if you wouldn't share it!
It is simply wonderful. Love the focus...a world in a "bubble" comes to my mind. It is simply great composition, it could be just a shot of Syros, but now it is a photo of creative view. Always a real treat for an observer.

Lovely shot, Elena! As you know by now from all the positive critiques, your experiment worked very well. The fish eye effect of the reflection is very effective, and a clear blue sky and good cloud formations contributed to the shot. Good work!
