A village aunt. She was combing her hair,(the comb was made of wood), poor yet simple, rustic yet beautiful.
Her hair and the lines attracted me a lot.
Ruing is a very small village in the Garwal Himalayas.

Good to hear from you. This is a very beautiful photograph, the woman, even in her old years is still so attractive, you have captured her perfectly. The light on her is wonderful, letting the left side of her face fall off into shadow works very well. Yes, a glamorous image indeed.
