Hello Sowmya,

There are several things that are wrong with this picture.
First, it's way too dark. I can hardly see that penguin.
Second, the background on the left side has more contrast than the main subject but it's hard to recognize what it is. What's that weird black shape on the left side?
Third, the date and time are extremely distracting (see my last critique on your Golden Gate shot).
Maybe you should try and improve this shot in PP - cut off the date/time, enhance contrast and sharpness and eliminate the distracting background.
Also, your note is very "economic" - for others to learn about the World here on TE, it should explain a bit more about the photo/subject.
