Photographer’s Note
Lingshed, Zanskar - altitude 3940 m
This is a morning scenery in Lingshed village. It's an amazing contrast because air is very clear and the altitude is high. It has melted almost snow on the mountain about 5100m in the beginning of July. A villager said recently that thaw is early.
This shot is a morning version of "Green Fields in Lingshed" posted before.
Taken at 07:30 with handheld.

Hi Hispic!
What a breathtaking view! The massive, lofty brown mountain overhanging the green fields is very impressive. Excellent composition that let us see both the sky and the green surrounding of Lingshed. Beautiful colors once again!

A very impressive view of this remote and silent mountain.
I like the way you managed the light, creating a good nice contrast that puts in evidence the crests and strong saturated colours. Also the sharpness is so appealing.
It hit me the nakedness of those mountains in comparison to our Alps, a place where only gods can live.
Best compliments,
Donato

Hi, Hisashi. The morning light and the high altitude give very vivid colours to your landscape. I like the contrast between the green fields in the foreground and the arid mountain side opposite. The small patch of blue sky is a good backdrop to the foreground scene.
Best regards,
Philippe

Hello Hisashi,
I like the high contrast here, which enhances the light and shadows on the dry mountain. Then the touch of green at the bottom, and blue at the top, perfectly fill the rest of the frame

Hello Hisashi
Looking at your gallery gives me peace, soothes my eyes...these are images of Ladakh & Zanskar, which I may never see with my own eyes. The early light creates deep shadows on the crevasses & the contrast between the green & the brown & the blue sky above is quite outstanding. Your picture titled Green Fields in Lingshed in awesome!
Best Regards

Hi hisahi, this is not like the India I live in! Its far more stark, lonely and fabulously natural with such vivid patterns of stones and hues. Lovely job indeed. Your gallery is fabulous

Hi Hisashi:
Looks like you got some great light while you were in India. I like this quite a bit, particularly with the house/structure in the foreground to give an idea of the size. Great job.

Hisashi, your India-scapes here are awesome. I started here, I find his one has scaling because of the fg town or village. Great color and detail.
