Photographer’s Note

Often Via Dante, in downtown Milan, between the castle and the dome, is an open-air gallery where pictures exhibition take place with different themes. Currently one dedicated to space and stars is taking place. It's a nice idea in my opinion beacause allows to live spectacular shot. And to try taking something different. I know quality is not so good, particularly DOF is too low :(

I believe the DOF is quite good allowing for a good separation between the plans and good understand of the background. The title is hilarious!

I know maybe the quality is not the best, but I like the idea, it reminds me to a yogourt comertial here, :)

Ottimo scatto e nota , in più mi, fai riflettere sulle mie paure di postare foto come questa tua.
Le amo ma ho paura, TE Italy al contrario dell'India Turchia e anche paesi est europa dove sono più frequenti e rendendo umano o originale lo scatto.
Anche il titolo, centrato, speriamo che poi la metta in pratica....ed abbia effetti piacevoli,

A parte una leggera sovraesposione sulle alte luci (ma la macchina ha fatto anche troppo con tutto quel nero sullo sfondo) direi che l'immagine e riuscita. Non disturba per niente, in particolare, la sfocatura dello sfondo, anzi.

It's a funny shot, and you've found an humorous tittle to enhance the effect.
In my opinion, I don't think the depth is too low. You've done the good choice with this aperture to have the background slightly blurred, that helps to have two distincts plans.
The focus on the man is well seen, and you've waited the perfect moment for your idea.
A very original composition, well done.

Bello l'accostamento tra la terra e la testa dell'uomo.
Il nucleo di un ipotetico atomo, immerso, circondato, accerchiato da satelliti, da tecnologie che lo bombardano di informazioni, immagini, parole e controlli.
Forse ha un po di nostalgia per i gettoni telefonici...

Very good one, Gio. Actually I don't mind at all the shallow dof. He's perfectly focused and perfectly placed for the funny message. The background doesn't have to be sharp because it's just a though from his mind ;-) I like it a lot.

si, effettivamente è una buona idea. Fuori dagli schemi, ma molto simpatica. Lo sfocato aiuta nell'interpretazione, anzi forse ce ne voleva un pochino in più.

come va? Io in questi giorni ho avuto problemi con la connessione ADSL.
Ho postato solo una foto di una Catania a te molto conosciuta e risposto a qualche critica, appoggiandomi ad un centro Internet Point.

Riprendo solo oggi a fare critiche.
Questo tuo scatto mi ha colpito molto per singolarità.
Ottima anche la gestione della luce. Riguardo al DOF, credo che la particolarità dell'immagine da te ripresa, supera il problema.
