Photographer’s Note
I took this photo on a very pleasant day trip, we had already spent the morning going up in a cable car to overlook Mont-Blanc it was truly spectacular with walkways hanging on the side of the montains and ice tunnels to walk through. In the afternoon we came down into the town of Chamonix were this photo was taken, this is the river Arve running though the town with the Mont-Blanc masiff in the background and the flowers in the forground i could'nt miss this oppertunity
I have darkened slightly and give it contrast+5

Hello Malcolm,
This is a gorgeous shot. I like very much the colorful flowers in the foreground and the snow covered peaks in the background. You had a wonderful POV. It is a well composed landscape. Very fine job!
Kind regards,
Betty
