Photographer’s Note
Another of my scanned negatives from a Canon EOS650.
I don't recall what time of year it was when we visited Puerto Rico in this shot. It was warm, though, just incredibly windy. We went there two or three times, so... my memory is somewhat faulty. :)) It was really beautiful, too. There was an old fort near here and I guess that's a church as there is a cemetary right next to it. I loved those mad waves crashing onto the shore.

Hi, Shelly.
An astonishing angle and an astonishing view, full of brilliant colors. I miss those film days, let me tell you!
Love that spray mist where them waves hit the cliffs! A great old-style RGB, this stuff is like good Country Blues or good Bluegrass : it ain't never gonna die. We'll keep it all alive. Thanks for sharing, my dear friend.
HUGS,
Fulvio.

Hi Shelly,
What a view of this wind-swept coast. The colors are great and the quality of the image is quite good, bearing in mind that it is a scan.
Thanks for sharing

Hello Shelly
I like the lit and detailed foreground. Colours are very nice as well as the architecture of that church. It make a very contrasts with the stormy sky and the strong waves of sea in the background. I like very much the point of view. Well done!
Best regards
Denis!

Hello Shelly!
I really like this picture! The viewpoint was priviledged and you have composed the whole scene so well that the image is very nice, interesting and impressive! All the details were so well captured and they all really work superbly together so this view is very good!
TFS - Congratulations!
Best regards,

Shelly, this is a fine shot, it looks like the view from El Moro (on the point) back toward the fort near Old San Juan, El Cristobal. The capture is great it really feels like a windy day on the coast, it even looks cold though I doubt that it was. Great capture.

Dear Shelly,
what beautiful panoramic view, with first plan and the background. You have atmosphere, colors, dynamism. Intelligent position. After all very nice example for my thematic collection (cemeteries). I am proud of you and so glad to see it. Proud of your today's visit. Many thanks friend,

Hi Skelly,
Even if the scan is far from optimal, one can see how good that picture was.
Cheers

Hello Shelley,
this composition is so fine that one easily forgives the limits of the scan. The waves are impressive but I also like the line of the coast with the red chapel. Fine tele view where the fort semms colse to the sea shore.

Hi Shelly,
Another great shot from your free all expense paid trip around the world.
The old world Spanish architecture makes the ideal lead-in to the powerful surf dramatically crashing on the anicent cliffs and rocks of the harbor.

Hi Shelly
Great shot and a good scan. Very well composed with the church off centre in the FG and the shoreline curving around and getting lost in the sea mist.

Very beautiful picture, Shelly! And I do mean picture, for it is more like a painting than a photograph. Well done! Have a happy weekend.

(Waves here are crashing worse than that today, and the sky is dark, it rains heavily from time to time, and there's snow on the hills.)

Hi Shelly!!
I fell in lovewith this picture!!
I am amazed at the quality of the picture considering that it's a scanned copy.
The POV in this shot is absolutely amazing as it covers a lot of area and specially the misty and blurry effect towards the top of the picture (futher away) is abasolutely amazing. It's a great blend of a sharp and perfectly exposed FG against a misty an in action BG.
Great work!! Going to my favs. Thank you!!
TFS.

Emilius
