Photographer’s Note
Sisteron apparently gets 300 days of sunshine a year - must have been one of the other 65 when I went in May 2008.
Looming over Sisteron on one side is the citadel, and on the other, as you can see in the background of this photo, is an imposing outcrop of stratified rock.
