La Chiesa dell'Annunziata è considerata la più antica chiesa di Palazzolo, edificata probabilmente nel XIII-XIV secolo; distrutta anch'essa dal terremoto del 1693 fu riedificata nello stesso sito dall’architetto Matteo Tranisi.
E'il gioiello dell’arte settecentesca palazzolese.
L’esterno della chiesa si distingue per l’ampio portale, caratterizzato da quattro colonne tortili binate, riccamente adornate da tralci di vite e fregi, che rappresentano motivi agresti: mele cotogne, melegrane, uva e altra frutta a grandezza naturale.
La facciata è incompleta, si pensa dovesse essere completata da una loggia campanaria e da un frontone sovrastante le due coppie di colonne.

The Church of the Annunziata is considered the most ancient church of Palazzolo, probably built in the XIII-XIV century; destroyed also it from the 1693 earthquake, was rebuilt in the same site by the architect Matteo Tranisi,.
It is the jewel of the eighteenth-century art palazzolese.
The outside of the church is distinguished for the ample portal, characterized by four columns twisted them binate, richly decorated by shoots of grapevine and friezes, that represent rural motives: apples quinces, melegrane, grape and other yields to natural greatness.
The façade is incomplete, it is thought it had to be completed from a bell loggia and from an impending pediment the two couples of columns.
